    Bio: Fred Byamugisha is a Software Development Consultant. He’s currently working as a Manager, IT Planning & Solution Architecture at MTN IT-SEA Hub based in Uganda. He joined MTN Uganda in 2003 as a Senior Software Developer and worked as a Manager for Solution Development since 2007, heading IT Software Development Section. He’s the brain behind MTN Uganda’s popular in-house products like MTN Me2u, MTN Freedom, etc. Fred worked as a Part-time lecturer of C++ & Java programming languages for postgraduate students in Computer Science department, ICT, Makerere University from 2003 to 2007. He graduated with a Master of Engineering in Computer Applications & Technology from Central South University, China.

He holds a BSc. Computer Science degree and is an entrepreneur passionate about developing Africa. He is the founder of True African, a Value Added Services company in Uganda and a 2009 Top 100 SME (KPMG Survey). He is also a Jazz activist; creator / 8-year presenter of the Jazz Evenings show on Radio One FM90 and co-founder of the annual Jazz Safari. Elijah is into his second year at Google.

    Bio: Elizabeth is a director of operations at SMSONE where she is tasked with ensuring that projects get done in a timely and effective way. She gained her professional experience in the areas of Agriculture, Health and Nutrition research. Her expertise lies in project planning, implementation and management especially in the area of teambuilding, human resource management and operations. She is passionate about identifying personnel with different skills, putting them together into a multi-dimensional team, providing a supportive environment for them and watching them put their different expertise together to complete a project.
